“Kim offered medication that I co...”
Kim offered medication that I could not take due to past medical history, I feel she did not read my chart before offering a plan of action. Extra noise and swearing was heard from the exam room, it felt like there must of been a party going on. My anxiety was already heightened and I was extremely uncomfortable. I have been coming here since the doors opened with Dr Ross Russel and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism
