“I've already recommended others ...”

I've already recommended others to switch or come to UCSF based on this experience. Dr. Leslie was compassionate to my concern but also quickly dismissed my worry (sun/age spots) and provided me education to why they were there. I left feeling so much better about something that had been worrying me for quite some time.
