I thought this was an annual exam. Wellness visit. My former doctor retired. He poked and pushed looked at skin, checked eyes, throat, breast exam, had his assistant administer flu shot, etc. It was thorough, professional. Each year this was done. Very different at VM. Didn't know you had such a different routine.…

I thought this was an annual exam. Wellness visit. My former doctor retired. He poked and pushed looked at skin, checked eyes, throat, breast exam, had his assistant administer flu shot, etc. It was thorough, professional. Each year this was done. Very different at VM. Didn't know you had such a different routine.

“This was the most comprehensive ...”

This was the most comprehensive review and discussion with Dr. Means--I sent him a list of concerns and questions, and we answered all of them. Uniquely, we spent about an hour together, which was the longest discussion and review, ever. And I was grateful for the attention and insights.
