Dr. Kenneth Lao is absolutely outstanding. I go to him due to him being referred to me as an oustanding specialist. Dr. Lao is an oustanding doctor. He is knowledgeable, helpful, kind and always walks me through what he is doing, talks to me about my test results and listens to all my questions. Dr. Lao is also very kind and very encouraging. He always takes his time with me as his patient. I'm very thankful to have Dr. Lao as my specialist. Dr. Lao needs to be recognized as an Outstanding Doctor for Baylor Scott & White. I would write a letter recommending Dr. Lao to be recognized as one of your best doctors!
