Dr. Bilchick is an exceptional physician. He spent a long time with me carefully explaining the procedure in detail and listening to my long list of concerns and questions. His answers were clear and concise. He impressed me as a being a highly skillful and meticulous electrophysiologist who cares deeply about having the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Dr. Bilchick seemed calm and caring. He took me seriously, explained things thoroughly, took the time for physical checks not just talking things through (twice checked my pulses). He engendered trust and confidence in me, calmed my nerves simply by being so direct, clear, and caring. I felt I was getting the very best possible care and guidance.
