As I send before, Kelsey Woycik did a great job in each of the categories you are asking about. She was polite and listened to all my concerns/symptoms. We discussed a treatment and even a possible alternative should I have trouble getting approval for the prescribed drug. She let me know all the side effects to watch out for and that she would monitor my liver enzymes through the treatment process. We completed the visit with an 8 week follow up appointment.
