I thought Kelsey was interested in my issues and respectable of my opinions. I felt she was interested in finding out what has been and is going on in my body. I would like to add that the receptionist, was especially kind, understanding, and helpful when I signed in. She went above and beyond getting my information that I don't carry with me.
