“It was a tough day for the staff...”

It was a tough day for the staff, the elevator was out and they were vey accommodating. I cannot climb the stairs and they set it all up for me on the 1st floor. Kelly Perillo came down to go over x-rays and how to proceed. The staff was great in a difficult situation.
