I already have given very high recommendations to others to go see Kelly Chisholm she is a phenomenal Nurse Practitioner I will be moving out of the area of the Clinic soon I will be almost 2 hours away but I will not be leaving the Practice all because of Kelly Chisholm I will be traveling the 2 hours one way just because of the Exceptional Quality in Care I have always always received from Kelly she is Literally the BEST NURSE PRACTITIONER I have ever had in all the years I have been going to Family Practices as a adult Kelly has always listened to my concerns and explained everything to me so that I could understand things I was a extremely bad uncontrolled diabetic when Kelly started treating me and my diabetes for the most part is under control and my living conditions are not the greatest for cooking or eating the proper foods and Kelly still has been the first to be able to help me get my diabetes under control Kelly Chisholm is OUTSTANDING AND I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND HER AS LONG AS I AM BREATHING AND SHE IS IN PRACTICE!!!!
