Dr. Aurand was able to explain why a different provider (at a different non-Legacy facility) had not performed a certain test, because that test was no longer deemed valid. This was helpful and in retrospect, I wish the provider at the other facility had taken the time to explain, and I appreciate that Dr. Aurand did.
