“I was surprised that the doctor ...”

I was surprised that the doctor ordered a blood test but did not talk to me about it during the visit. He did ment?n the other tests. When the assistant called me to tell me that he was recommending a med based on that test, I wanted to take time to learn about the med and the test. The assistant asked several times whether I Was willing to take it. I felt that I was clearly expressing that I wanted to take time and felt I needed more information. That was a little frustrating.

“Dr. Mankowitz did an excellent j...”

Dr. Mankowitz did an excellent job and one of the most stand out things he did was his ability to explain what was causing my problems in a very easy to understand way. A lot of physicians struggle with explaining things in a non overly technical and scientific way but Dr. Mankowitz did an excellent job of explaining in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend him as a physicians.
