“Everyone at the clinic was so fr...”

Everyone at the clinic was so friendly and kind. Nurse was amazing and caring, and I always so enjoy seeing Dr Marshall, she is the best!!! One thing I did do this time was make my appointment for next year while I was there, last time it took me 9 months to get in she is so booked! Always a great experience!! Thank you!

10am appointment I arrived at 8:30am was call by nurse at 8:45am. Receptionist, nurse, and Dr. Marshall were polite, friendly, professional, and very concern of my health.

“Night and day difference between...”

Night and day difference between this provider and the one I had previously. Greater care. Greater empathy for how my condition was affecting me. Broader pallet of treatment options described but also more assertive decision making in the course of action to ultimately proceed with. I see a specialist for THEIR expertise; NOT for an opportunity to drive the treatment decision-making myself. This care provider did allow me to make input but was decisive in what their preferences were. I appreciate that.

“I hadn't seen this doctor before...”

I hadn't seen this doctor before and I was very impressed with her manner, her expertise, her support in getting me the best solution for my skin, etc. She even educated me on where/how to find medicines at good prices. It was an excellent appointment!
