My doctor explained that I am young and didn't want to overmediciate me, which makes sense. Also tested for LPa which was a great idea considering my family history. Sent over a referral, warned me that likely no medication changes, but will get good education, which maybe will be true, but also felt a bit condensending like I was silly for asking for the referral, but I'm struggling with complex related conditions and believe it will help me understand the root causes and maybe adjust treatment. Reviewed my lifestyle, which was helpful to see I'm on track.
