Was my first visit with Dr Machanda since my prior doctor retired. Dr Machanda made me feel comfortable and reviewed my health history with me and listened while making me feel less anxious.

Dr. Katie was a real nice person and had a great amount of empathy for my condition. Very good listerner. I could not get an appointmant with my regular doctor and the schedulor recommended Dr. Katie and I am glad she did. She was a very sweet person and her people skills were excellent.

I am a victim of an assult, and also was a patient with Dr. Machinda. I was taken to toledo hospital for an assult and released to go home and follow up with my doctor. I called to have the pain medication that the hospital gave me changed. I didn't even get to talk with Dr. Machanda. I talked to three different office people instead. I was told that Dr. Machanda would not call me anything in, also she wanted to see me for other health issues!!!
