I have recommended Katie many, many times. She is fantastic, she listens to me, she expresses care for my health and for me as a person, and she knows her stuff. She is super supportive and gives me very practical advice. At my appointment before this one, she noted that I seemed really down and wanted to make sure I was getting mental health care. I found a therapist because of her suggestion and am so grateful that she noticed I was struggling and said something!

Katie is one of the best care providers I have ever encountered. She cares deeply about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know their health issues so she can treat them most effectively. If there is a process to nominate her for a UVA top employee award, I would like to do so.
