Dr. Rampala and her team have been incredibly helpful over the years with many aspects of my general health but I would say that I've been particularly impressed by how diligent they have been about my care, even while being short-staffed following COVID. I am taking a medication that became very difficult to fill during nation-wide shortages last year and Dr. Rampala was always able to respond in a timely manner, redirect prescriptions or discuss alternatives to mitigate the impact of being without a daily medication.

Dr. Rompala and her team were wonderful with disabled, highly anxious young woman. They were sensitive and respectful, flexible in accommodating her needs, informative and responsive. We couldn't ask for better care.

From my PCP to my pulmonologist, to my nutritionist and to my cancer and radiation oncologists as well as all the nurses and other staff I encounter each and every time I interact with any of them whether it's in person or on the phone they are always kind, respectful and caring. I am so very thankful for the care I receive from my providence care team!
