“Dr O'Keefe was extremely well pr...”

Dr O'Keefe was extremely well prepared for my visit. It was very obvious that she reviewed my 2012 aortic dissection operation and the related problems associated with it. She also explained my current heart issues that my wife and I could understand including options and potential problems to correct it.

Dr. Okeefe explained everything, was open to my daughter listening and asking questions on the phone during the visit and even worked to schedule surgery on a date my daughter could be in town.

“This was my 1st time meeting Dr....”

This was my 1st time meeting Dr. O'Keefe and I was nervous having been referred to her after a CT Scan. Within minutes of Dr. O'Keefe walking into the room she had greatly reduced my anxiety. Explained things very clearly, took the time to draw a diagram that showed/explained what she was talking about and also had a worksheet prepared that we could take home. Dr. O'Keefe went over and above to make sure both my wife and I understood what the scan showed and how she proposed handling my care going forward.
