I was told I couldn't be helped for something that I never asked for help with in the first place. She continued to veer off topic of why I was even being seen , no matter what I said. It was obvious she was irritated I was there and didn't take my complaint seriously until the very end after I strongly disagreed several times and started looking at the ground and crying she finally referred me.
