“I'm soon to be 59 years old and ...”

I'm soon to be 59 years old and have been going to regular Dr appointment's and have had hospital stays , emergencies and surgeries..the current nurse practitioner I have at Mercy is undoubtedly the most professional and caring medical professional I've had to this day. Do not lose this individual.
