Honestly, Dr. Monaghan was the first doctor at Essentia that I've seen in 10 years who genuinely showed an interest in helping me resolve my back issues. She was so caring, listened attentively, took notes, and carefully decided on the next steps. Explained that my current surgery referral may not be the best next step to alleviate the pain and root cause of the issues, so we decided on more diagnostics with the understanding that my care may require multiple departments. She is fantastic.
