I felt more like a subject of study than a patient, as the provider seemed more interested in diagnosing a rare condition than in providing empathetic care. Her bedside manner felt clinical and unwelcoming, leaving me questioning if she truly had my best interests in mind.

Katherine is amazing. So kind and compassionate. She genuinely listens and responds to all questions and concerns. She is very transparent in everything that she is doing. She spends ample time discussing everything and makes sure her information and instructions are clear and well understood. I have a tremendous respect for her as a healthcare provider and feel very well cared.
