Dr. Chen was very gentle and supportive during our visit offering comfort and concern for my overall well-being while being understanding that I was receiving a lot of unsettling news. I can tell she has gentle and kind spirit from the warmth of her introductory handshake which relieved some of my tension in that very first moment and so I am comfortable with her oversight of my care in this new reality.
