“I did not like the PA, Katie. Sh...”

I did not like the PA, Katie. She pushed my shoulder beyond its limits. I told her I was in pain and she was moving too fast. She didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns. She was in and out in a big hurry even though I know it was a 15 min appt. In fact, she didn't even ask me what was the problem. She entered the room and said the assistant already told me what was going on and proceeded to move my arm to see my shoulder's range of motion. I don't want to see her again
