“I came away from this visit full...”

I came away from this visit full of both information and confidence in both the surgery and recovery, as well as all the information about how it might go and what to expect. She was knowledgeable and kind. She's probably done this a thousand times or more, but I felt like I had her full attention and concern. It filled me with confidence that I can do this and it's the right choice.
