She was thorough, attentive to my questions, offered me options, and answered my questions with care and considerations. Made me feel she understood, and felt, the responsibilities she bore in giving me the analysis we needed to hear and the options available to us to correct the needs found. All answers were given to me as they were chosen for me, personally.
