Both Dr. Ring and her resident were fabulous to work with. They listened carefully and asked a lot of questions to clarify my situation. They answered the many questions I had and I felt comfortable asking anything. Their explanations were clear and were very honest about there not being answers for some questions (ie not afraid to say I don't know or I can't guarantee if x will solve the problem. I didn't feel at all rushed and came away feeling much more confident that I understood my situation and my options.
