“I scheduled the appointment with...”

I scheduled the appointment with concerns about a cyst. Dr. Starr and I discussed that and took care of the problem. Some other issues were discussed in passing but not specifics so I was surprised when I got a call from a pharmacy telling me I had a prescription for an issue I didn't know we were treating. Its not a big deal, but it was somewhat confusing. I'm pleased that Dr. Starr is forward thinking but I would have appreciated being given specifics at the time.
