“Karen took the time to understan...”

Karen took the time to understand any of my concerns. Again, I think this is something Karen and the midwives have set a standard for themselves. I would say CHI as a company has zero care for the patients, the office or the Providers in the office. It is evident Karen and her staff truly and deeply care.
