Dr Karen Louie was very professional and proficient in sharing information about my disease process. She explained things very thoroughly and clearly- allowing pauses for any questions or clarifications. She took the time to review the imaging and pathology reports in an easy to understand manner. I didn't really have any questions because she covered everything so well! I really appreciated the time she took- she did not appear too busy or rushed, and that really makes a difference from a patient perspective. She's very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable having her in charge of this portion of my care. As my first visit facing a disgnosis of cancer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
