“Karen was fantastic about listen...”

Karen was fantastic about listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. She reviewed the CT images and explained what she and the radiologist saw on the images. She provided reassurance and guidance on next steps in my care. I appreciated the time she took to understand my concerns and help me decide next steps.
