“I saw Kara Hoffman - nurse pract...”

I saw Kara Hoffman - nurse practitioner. She was excellent. She Listened to me. She understood my situation and, whether before she saw me or as she was seeing me, she was aware of history. My first time with that group. She advised me of goods and not-so-goods. She was direct. Looked at me as she talked to me. Taught me some things. Told me her suggested plan and steps for going forward. Explained things to me and answered questions well when I had them. She was great. Great example and ambassador as a medical professional in a crazy and confusing medical world.
