As noted before, the professionalism, seriousness, and overall manner was great. Keeping everything "on-keel," serious when it needs to be, but with an overall friendly nature to let me know when something Is truly serious or when it just bears consideration. I suspect he treats emergencies really well; I am lucky enough to have not had to see that.
