“I was thrilled with the level of...”

I was thrilled with the level of interest Dr. Stahl took in my situation, how well he listened and responded to my concerns, and that he was good at holding boundaries with me about how much time he had and the focus of this visit. The words he used with me such as "let's find out the cause of this issue" assured me that he wasn't just throwing a procedure at me but genuinely cared about me getting better.
