Since establishing care with this provider a few years ago (when I was admitted in-patient), I have felt heard and treated as more than just another patient/another number (as I had felt before with previous providers). We have worked together to develop my treatment plan (which has saved my life). I am so thankful to have transferred care to this provider, and I wish I would have been able to do so sooner.
