“I contacted Dr.Kwon about a conc...”

I contacted Dr.Kwon about a concern I had, via message in MyChart. Dr.Kwon got back to me in a very timely matter, and got me in office to check out my concern in what I thought was a very reasonable time. At the appointment, she was very helpful and explained what she felt was happening. She gave me the choice of waiting and seeing or going ahead and doing a biopsy. When I made my choice she was very supportive and took care of me in a very efficient manner. I appreciate her getting me in, taking care of me and treating me very kindly and respectful.
