“Since my prior PCP left this cli...”

Since my prior PCP left this clinic, this was a new PCP initial "meet and greet." We both asked lots of questions. She listened carefully to my concerns and was well prepared when I threw a curve (for a first time visit) at her. She did a thorough assessment and together we made a plan of care going forward.
