“Finally found the "root" of the problem!”
Dr. Cherner worked with my 3rd grader to strengthen not only the place that was hurting (her ankle) but her entire core to address the root cause and prevent future injury for my active daughter. I can't thank her enough! My kid was in tears from the pain, we saw all kinds of doctors, and she was even in a boot for a while - none of that helped until Dr. Cherner took a holistic view and devised a 1:1 exercise regimen! Call her!

“You couldn't get a better provider!”
Dr. Cherner is fantastic! I can't say enough good things about her. She listens and takes your lifestyle into account for treatment and future preventative measures. Not only is she a great chiropractor, but also a great physical therapist. I enjoy every visit I have with her. Her belief in treating, prevention and strengthening to optimize performance is right on. Highly recommend!

“Not your typical physical therapy clinic!”
After knee surgery and 3 months of traditional "big store" physical therapy, I was still not able to get back to my martial arts training because of pain, flexibility, and weakness. I was recommended to Dr. Cherner at Smart Spine and Rehab, and I couldn't be happier. We found that I had hip mobility issues and core/abdominal/trunk instability issues that were contributing to my knee issues and were not allowing me to use my knee properly, thereby not allowing it to really heal post surgery. With some creative exercises, I was able to get back to my activity. I especially appreciate that they worked around my crazy work schedule, even making house calls and meeting at my gym for a couple therapy sessions. I can't recommend her enough; you won't know what you're missing until you try it!

“I feel better already!”
I saw a physical therapist for a few weeks at my Orthopedic MDs referral and unfortunately my sciatica didn't improve at all, making me think I'd need surgery. The MD recommended a couple weeks of conservative care before we made that decision, but the PT wasn't helping me.
After one visit with Dr. Cherner, I learned about McKenzie MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) and with one simple exercise, but sciatica was gone in less than 24 hours. I was given a home exercise prescription and a treatment plan that will help prevent these symptoms from coming back.
I am thankful for a different perspective and I think this is the place to get it!

“Great first visit”
I felt I had a thorough examination and the doctor really understood my issues. I very much look forward to feeling better and I think I'm going to with Dr. Cherner.
