Dr. Jue is a consummate professional. He is respectful and helpful in discussing matters that I am a little cautious and embarrassed about (erectile dysfunction, bladder and prostate issues). He is patient to hear my concerns and offer alternatives for me to consider. He doesn't push me as a patient to try something I am not comfortable with, and his questions help me to describe my symptoms and concerns. He acknowledges my right to decide on my care alternatives - and expresses hope and confidence in my decision to take steps or give treatment plans a chance to resolve the issues. His suggestions are clear and helpful, without being pushy.
