“Comforting environment, Dr and h...”

Comforting environment, Dr and his Nurse were informed and willing to help. Front desk check in needs to be marked clearly at doorway, and the young woman at desk should be more discreet and less loud when she calls out a patient's personal info, such as insurance. Less attitude in the voice.

“This doctor was amazing, as was ...”

This doctor was amazing, as was his nurses/staff. He listened and explained everything very well. The nurse explained the directions to follow the day before the procedure very well and went over all the paperwork with me. We are in a rural area and the only option is NEGA medical so there aren't any other options without going to Atlanta, but I would recommend this particular doctor and office staff and nurses even if there were another option.
