Doctor Romeo demonstrated a level of respect and hospitality that we have not experienced in quite some time. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and showed genuine kindness and empathy throughout the visit.The staff also went above and beyond to obtain a scan that was not initially available. They persistently contacted the imaging center until they received the results so the doctor could review them.Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, friendly, and patient. We truly appreciate the care and dedication shown by the doctor and his staff.
