Regarding this visit: After my initial evaluation, I had to wait 6 months for my appointment for the procedure. I don't know why the wait was so long. This has never happened before as a patient with this practice. A few days before the procedure I started getting calls from the office. There was some confusion in the office as to what was actually going to be done during this visit. There was some uncertainty regarding billing. It was stressful sorting this out with office staff at the last minute. After 6 months of pain/discomfort, I didn't want anything to mess up my scheduled appointment. Dr Obidiah and I were on the same page and I received the care I needed. He is always very kind and reassuring. He patiently explained the medical aspects of my diagnosis and procedure to address all my questions. The staff were at all times kind and professional.
