This appointment unfortunatley felt extremely rushed. I felt like we were starting from square one with an explanation pf everything as they didn't even have record of our first visit in the system. I asked questions and was given generic answers, nothing specific to what the provider felt was best for my child. It over all just left us feeling unsure and it isn't the normal care we usually have received from Children's.

Well, since we entered the office, since we arrived to reception, until we finished the consultation with the doctor, all, all was good, everyone was kind. Everyone was attentive. And they listened to all of our concerns, mine regarding my son. And well, I am grateful for the attention and the humanism they have in attending the people, the patients. And especially, that no, that they have patience. Because sometimes we cannot find the correct words to explain to them what is going on or the medical problem that we are seeing, like in my case with my son and well... needs explanations and to understand why. Why do certain things happen. And well, thank you for your attention and well, continue improving. Thank you.
