Jordan (she/her) began her career as a hospital RN. She was inspired to become part of the solution to prevent chronic illnesses and empower patients. Her true passion lies in primary care, where she enjoys building trusting relationships with patients - from infants to the elderly. On a personal level, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, exercising, traveling and spending time with family.
