“I seen the doctor only one time ...”

I seen the doctor only one time at UVA and most of the time it was to the nurse no nurse assistant just a nurse. And I seen the second Doctor one time just to let me go home. No instructions given to me if ever I occur weakness unstable anything. My doctor called me the next morning and advise me what to do if anything happen to go back to the hospital..
