In my annual visit, Dr Flores is ALWAYS fully engaged with me, he remembers me even though I only see him once a year....and he remembers specifics about my case! I appreciate that he's interested in what I have to say and answers any questions I ask. He cares and is kind. I am glad he's the one providing oversight of my condition.
