“Dr. Heffernan is pleasant, court...”

Dr. Heffernan is pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and considers the overall entire patient, age, and health status before ordering any meds. He discusses options, effects, benefits of treatments and also considers appropriateness of studies when considering valiue to be gained fromthem. He is an excellent physician and I have no reason not to recommend him. If I did, I would go elsewhere and I have not done so nor do I intend to do so! He is superb.

4/24/25.
I had a procedure @ Smith County Hospital _____ follow up to my March visit. Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses were wonderful and answered all my questions. It was my first experience @ Smith County Hospital and it was great!!
