“I didn't get an explanation abou...”

I didn't get an explanation about why my bone is making bone in there. I don't know how to explain it cuz I forget the word he used and what I can do to prevent it from doing that calcification so that it doesn't limit my range of motion.. All I would have to have surgery if I wanted to get full range of motion. And I still don't understand if there's something I can do to prevent that from happening in the first place because I don't want surgery. And I don't understand what why that calcification happens.
