“Dr. Chance and his staff went ou...”

Dr. Chance and his staff went out of their way for me, especially on the day that I went home from the hospital and my pharmacy dropped the ball on getting me my pain medication, they worked with my daughters to get it at another pharmacy near to their closing time!! They went above and beyond to make that happen for me, most appreciated!!

“Good Care”

Dr Chance thank you for all you did for me . I had two surgeries within three months and my results have been great so far.Dr.Chance is very patient and explains the procedure before and after very well . I am so pleased and Blessed to have had him as my Dr. A great Surgeon that he is takes good care of his patients. The staff and facility were all very friendly and welcoming.
