Dr Alford is always pleasant and thorough. His assistant was rude from arrival to I left his office. I believe so was scared I was contagious although I was wearing a mask. Maybe this isn't the field for her. She never told anyone I was waiting after directing me to have a seat in the lobby. If I had not went up to registration the tech would have left for the day because she didn't know I was waiting.
