“I would have scored this a 10 if...”

I would have scored this a 10 if you went that high. Dr. Skaggs is just amazing. She went over my history, listened to my concerns, and addressed each of them. She stayed engaged. I have NEVER had a physician that was this amazing at communication and listening skills.
